There are two ways to get started.
1) Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a FREE one-on-one consultation. This consultation allows us to assess your current fitness level and movement patterns as well as give you a chance to meet the trainers, ask any questions you may have.
2) Register for the next Free Trial class by clicking the link on the right side of our web page. Show up, bring a water bottle and give it a shot.
After completing your first work out, you can sign up for our Fundamentals course. The Fundamentals course will teach you all the basic skills you need to participate in our daily group WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. Fundamentals is 12 sessions with a limited class size, three days a week for 4 weeks.
