Free Trial Week – January 2017

Ready to try a fitness program that really works? CrossFit is for you.

We are offering a free week of CrossFit to anyone who wants to give it a try. Monday – Thursday evening from 8PM – 9PM. Free – no strings attached.

You can come to one, two, three or all four classes. Each class will be a unique taste of what CrossFit is all about – and it’s all FREE.

If you would like to try CrossFit after the free week, we will be starting our fundamentals program Saturday January 7th @ 11AM.

This fundamentals course includes (10) sessions, class size is limited to 8 people and will teach students the elements required for Crossfit.

These 10 X 60 minute sessions will cover the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You’ll learn proper technique on the foundational movements that build the base for our workouts. Also students will learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own individual skill level, and then start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class. Fundamentals classes start once a month, and run Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The sessions are structured to allow you to get in the groove of the regular classes as soon as possible.

Athlete safety is our top priority. In order to ensure high levels of efficacy in your workout, we require all of our prospective members complete the fundamental program. The fundamentals program is designed to give the member an overview of CrossFit terminology, foundational movements, and to try some Crossfit workouts. Upon completion of the Fundamentals’ session, you will be able to join regularly scheduled classes.

January Fundamentals will be Monday & Wednesday at 8PM and Saturday at 11AM.
