Our November Fundamentals course starts Wednesday, November 2nd and the first class is FREE – Drop by and give it a try. If you like it – stick around for the month and get ready to make a real change to your fitness.
Our fundamentals course includes twelve (12) sessions and class size is limited to 12 people. We will teach participants the basic elements required for Crossfit.
These 12 X 60 minute sessions will cover the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You’ll learn proper technique on the foundational movements that build the base for our workouts. Athletes will learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own individual skill level.
Each class will start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout during each class. Fundamentals classes start once a month, and run Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The sessions are structured to allow you to get in the groove of the regular classes as soon as possible.
Athlete safety is our top priority. In order to ensure high levels of efficacy in your workout, we require all of our prospective members complete the fundamental program. The fundamentals program is designed to give the member an overview of CrossFit terminology, foundational movements, and to complete several Crossfit workouts. Upon completion of the Fundamentals’ session, you will be able to comfortably join regularly scheduled classes
We will soon be offering CrossFit classes for expecting mothers and new moms with toddlers to preschoolers. Moms are the lifeblood of every family and they deserve to have the ability to take time out of their busy days to nurture themselves and feel good about themselves by working out with other Moms who know the challenges that they face every day. Join other moms as you learn and grow together, while your children are safe.
There is no prior CrossFit experience required, and workouts will be tailored to suit your specific needs. These workouts will often be a little quieter than a typical CrossFit WOD.
Each class will be an hour long, including a warm up, mobility, workout and cool down time. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30pm and coached by fellow Mom and our own CrossFit coach, Lacey.
