Fall Boot Camp & Fundamentals
September is a busy time of year. Back to School, and also back to fitness. We had an amazing turnout for our free trial class. The largest class we’ve ever run @ CFSS.
We are offering both a BOOTCAMP and a Fundamentals program this month. If you are serious about joining the BOOTCAMP or CrossFit, we highly recommend you register today. Both programs are filling up quickly, and spaces are very limited.
The Fundamentals program is designed for people interested in joining CrossFit. Crossfit is a lifelong strength and conditioning program that is built on constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity. It includes elements of Olympic lifting, Gymnastics and body weight exercises. The Fundamentals program runs for four weeks long and is 3 days per week. (Mon, Wed, Sat)
Boot Camp runs for 6 weeks, and has 2 classes per week (Tue, Sat). If you are looking to kick start your fitness, lose weight and feel better, our Boot camp is for you! This is not a normal CrossFit class – this is a more traditional Boot Camp, no barbells, no handstand push-ups. Just a solid 60 min high intensity workout led by certified instructors.
Both programs are $150+HST.
