Our boot camp is just the thing you need. We will challenge you in ways you never thought possible. Our programming is based on the proven methodology of CrossFit, incorporating full body movements in the daily workouts – There 60 minute classed will emphasize high intensity training.
No matter your current fitness level or exercise experience we guarantee you’ll be challenged in every workout.
This six week program will offer two classes per week. Classes will be Tuesdays and Saturdays.
You do not have to FIT to start – This class does not require any experience.
