CrossFit Games are here!
So the 2012 CrossFit Games Open has officially started! Anyone that has registered will be doing the WOD at Saturday morning’s class. If you cannot make it to Saturday’s class it is up to you to arrange another time to do it. Remember each workout has to be judged in order to count and must be submitted before Sunday evening. It is not too late to sign up, you can still register up until the close of this first workout on Sunday.
The first workout is a 7 minute AMRAP of Burpees. That’s right, all you have to do is burpees for 7 minutes. Below is the standards video with all the information that you need to know. Any other questions can be answered on Saturday. Let the Games begin!
