Snatch Balance

 

WOD:

21-15-9

Pull Ups

Kettlebell Swings

300m run between each round.

 

Immediately after the WOD there was a skill test that comprised of making a free throw at the basketball net.  It was amazing how hard the free throws were after a 10+ minute WOD!
