We braved the cold last night for an outdoor workout!

WOD:

2km Run for time

 

10 Tire Flips

 

The tire flips could be done with a partner or by yourself.  Next spring/summer we will be getting lots of use out of our new tires but this is probably the last time you will see them this year.  Afterwards a couple of the guys stuck around to practice some deadlifts.
