Squat Clean & Jerk Ladder
Women start at 35lbs
Men start at 65lbs
Increase weight by 10lbs for each lift. Minimum 10 lifts
Lots of good lifts last night with the highest being 195lbs for men and 125lbs for women. This workout was more about technique than it was about weight. Doing full squat cleans all the way right from the start made a big improvement on most peoples heavier lifts. Even if you can power clean a weight, it’s still important to work the squat clean so that as the weight gets heavier you are more comfortable getting under the bar.
