Before the WOD we practiced some Turkish Get Ups.  These are tricky but are made a lot easier with the correct technique.  Remember to always keep your arm straight and keep looking up at the Kettlebell.

WOD:

8 minute AMRAP

5 Push Press

10 Ring Dips

20 Sit Ups
