“Bulger”
10 rounds for time
150m Run
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
7 Front Squats
7 Handstand Push Ups

Really great efforts by everyone on this long workout. Everyone must have really taken the Hero WOD concept to heart because I don’t think I heard any complaining at all!
