WOD:

3 Rounds

10 Overhead Squats

50 Double Unders

 

If your overhead bar position was giving you problems on the overhead squats make sure you are keeping up to date with your shoulder mobility.  Getting better range of motion on your shoulders will translate directly into better overhead squats.
