Strength portion today was an attempt to find your 1RM Clean.  Some impressive numbers going up all over the gym.  Remember that as the weight gets heavier that it’s important to get under the bar as fast as possible.  This allows you to lift with your legs which is much more efficient than trying to power clean it.


8 minute AMRAP

8Pull Ups

8 Kettlebell Swings

2 minute Rest

30 Unbroken Wall Balls
