Started the day with 5-5-5-5 Back Squats and I saw a bunch of PR’s which was great.  Remember the placement of your feet on back squats is very important, you don’t want to have them too close or you will be limiting your depth and max load.

 

WOD:

15 Handstand Push Ups

25 Double Unders

10 Handstand Push Ups

50 Double Unders

5 Handstand Push Ups

75 Double Unders

 

HSPU’s can be scaled with bands, boxes or ab mats, DU scale is double the amount for single unders.
