Another named workout tonight. Before we got started we practiced our footwork with some snatch balances.

Some great efforts tonight. This is a tricky wod as the weight is light enough to just power it up over your head but if you really want to have a good time you need to use more technique, getting under the weight and using your legs. For the newer people this is a good baseline that you can come back and compare to after a couple more months of CrossFitting and practicing the snatch.
