A quick AMRAP was on the board this morning.  Today and tomorrow’s workouts will be a little less volume then normal to let people recover for the PEI Marathon on Sunday!  Running on the CrossFit Summerside team are Todd, Darlene, Shelley, Pam, Catherine, Barb, Jane and myself.  If anyone else is out and about at the Marathon this weekend be sure to cheer us on as we pass by!
