Our first shot at a hero workout today.

WOD:

“JT”
21-15-9
Handstand Push Ups
Ring Dips
Push Ups

This is a sneaky wod that looks easy on paper but is killer on the arms when you get into it. Be sure to keep track of your time as you can make big gains by dialing in our technique on both ring dips and handstand pushups.
