Partner Wod of

100 Overhead Squats

100 Kettlebell Swings

100 Toes to Bar

One person working at a time and you could split the reps up anyway you like between the two partners.  Great efforts by everyone and I noticed that the toes to bar are really coming along!  Remember to keep your hands filed or sanded down to prevent ripping.


Fundamentals WOD:

3 Rounds of

10 Toes to Bar

15 Med Ball Cleans

20 Kettlebell Swings


Great work on the med ball cleans, a lot of people had breakthroughs on them last night.  These are a great way to practice the clean and you can easily incorporate them into your warm ups.
