A nice short sprint workout showed up this morning.  A small break before Fight Gone Bad tommorrow.

Med Ball Cleans

Ring Dips

 

A reminder that the Fundamentals class tommorrow is at 8am and the regular WOD class will meet at the gym at 9 to travel to Charlottetown for Fight Gone Bad.
