A small group last night as many people were at the Elton John concert.
10 Squat Cleans
Some great times on this one and very fast runs. Depending on how much weight you did on the squat cleans your legs could be very messed up on the runs.
15 Push Press
Great work by everyone on the push presses last night, it’s very important to use your legs as much as possible on this movement as your arms can get tired really quick. Also good work in navigating the runs in the dark!
