We started tonight with a 1-1-1-1-1 Push Press. Some good looking numbers were put up. Remember to keep track of the weight you did for future reference.

15 Overhead Squats
15 Med Ball throws over the pull up bar
15 Push Ups w/ feet on med ball
Overhead squats are a tough movement, any incorrect form on air squats become very apparent once there is some weight overhead. Concentrating on the squat basics of keeping your weight in the heels and keeping your chest as upright as possible will help these a lot.
