WOD:

12 minute AMRAP of

10 Power Cleans

5 Handstand Push Ups

 

Great efforts by everyone on the Handstand Push Ups!  These are a tough skill to master but there are lots of progressions that you can do and eventually you will be able to get them.

 

Fundamentals WOD:

3 Rounds of

30 Air Squats

20 Sit Ups

10 Push Ups

 

This is a very simple workout but effective.  We want to make sure that we keep our form on the air squats even when our legs are getting tired.  If you were having trouble with the squats be sure to practice against the wall at home!
