Today was our first meeting with the legendary CrossFit workout named Fran! Fran is one of those workouts that looks innocent enough on paper but can really hit you hard. Great work by everyone today and some big PR’s for a few people that had already done it before. For those of you that it was your first attempt at Fran make sure you record your time and at what weight you did it at in your journal for future reference.

It was also the first day of the new Fundamentals class. They were introduced to Crossfit with a little AMRAP.
