The last day of the month saw a nice triplet come up on the board.

Deadlifts

Box Jumps

Dumbbell Push Press

 

This was a sneaky one, it’s amazing the difference in what your legs feel like on the box jumps after deadlifting vs no deadlifts.

 

A new month starts tomorrow so those looking to sign up for our regular WOD classes please pick up a Pre-Authorized Debit form from me at the gym.  Direct deposit payments are much easier for everyone involved than bringing a cheque every month.  It’s less hassle for you and it saves me from hounding people for money, thus improving the trainer-client relationship.  You can cancel the direct deposit payments whenever you want by sending me an email.  If you have any other questions please let me know!
