A big group rolled out of bed and made it to the gym this morning! A nice triplet and some 100 meter sprints awaited them.

WOD:
3 rounds of
30 Double Unders
20 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees

We finished the class with 3 attempts at 100 meter sprints.
