I don’t want to get bulky!
So over the past couple of weeks I have heard a few ladies say that they don’t want to get “bulky” from lifting weights. Well, you’re in luck! The type of dynamic multi-joint, multi-body part lifting that we do at CrossFit is aimed at increasing speed, power, and strength. NOT muscle size or definition. To be honest, we couldn’t care less what you look like, we just want you to become stronger, faster and healthier. If this involves gaining muscle mass, than so be it! We judge people on what they can do and how hard they work, NOT by how they look.
