A big night last night! We covered 3 new skills, the push press, the ring dip and the back squat. Be sure to keep a record of the weight you lifted on the back squat (and all other lifts) so you know where you are at for future workouts.

WOD:

12 Min AMRAP
5 Ring Dips
10 Push Press
20 Sit Ups

Always remember to stretch and keep moving if you find you are getting sore! See you all tonight!
