This morning we tackled the power clean.  Learning how to properly perform a clean is probably one of the most difficult things that you will have to learn at Crossfit.  It requires a large amount of technique and co ordination but with practice everyone will be able to get it!  This was obvious with the amount of progress that everyone made this morning.


We warmed up with alternating runs and burpees then hit the following WOD



3 Rounds of

10 Power Cleans

15 Push Ups


And we finished off with a round of Tabata Sit Ups
