A small but eager crowd made it out for our first 6am class today. For anyone that does not like mornings or has never worked out in the morning I suggest you try it at least once. After a CrossFit workout early in the morning you feel energized and ready to go for the day! Today we reviewed the deadlift and learned the Wall Ball shot.
Before we left for the day we hit a set of Tabata sit ups.
Tomorrow’s class is at 10am, hope to see everyone there!
