Summer Sport Conditioning Camps!

It is now time to register for our Summer Sport Conditioning Camps!  These camps are for kids age 7-17.  There will be two age groups, 7-12 and 13-17.  The younger age group will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7am while the older group will come Tuesday, Thursday at 7am and Saturday at 10am.  Camps start the week of July 1st and end August 31.  The cost is $150 for the two month period and this includes a CrossFit Summerside T-Shirt.  Please keep in mind that for July and August the normal kids classes will not be taking place.  Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  No spots will be held without full payment.  You can register at the gym during our normal class times or by emailing crossfitsummerside@gmail.com.

Free Trial Class Monday!

We will be having a free trial CrossFit class this Monday at 8pm. If you are at all interested in CrossFit this is your chance to give it a try and get all your questions answered. We will be doing a workout so brig athletic clothing and a waterbottle!
